The Board of Trustees is elected by the BPAP members to oversee the activities of the association. The Board governs the association by setting policies and objectives and ensuring the financial stability of the association. Each director is also assigned a specific supervisory role for major initiatives. Five board members represent industry players, three represent supporting industries, and four represent partner associations. The BPAP President and CEO also sits on the board.
Alfredo Ayala

Alfredo Ayala is the managing director and CEO of LiveIt Solutions, the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) investment arm of the Ayala Group of companies. Prior to this, he has co-founded and held the position of Managing Director for the investment firm MBO Partners and became a Partner at the private equity firm Crimson Investment. Ayala has also served under numerous companies, such as Chairman in Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc., Integreon, Inc. and SPi Technologies and as CEO for eTelecare Global Solutions. He carries a double major BA in Developmental Studies and Economics from the Brown University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Rainerio Borja
President and Country Head, Expert Global Solutions (EGS) Philippines
A figurehead in the Philippine Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry, Rainerio "Bong" Borja is one of the founders of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), formerly the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). With more than 25 years in spearheading numerous large-scale outsourcing companies such as Aegis PeopleSupport, APAC Customer Services Inc. and Expert Global Solutions (EGS), Borja has shown dedication to stand out and take the lead in the midst of IT's competitive environment. In addition to this, Borja is also a member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines, the US-ASEAN Business Council and the Makati Business Development Council.
Carlo José
President and Head of GSC Operations–Philippines, HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Phils) Inc.
Carlo José has 12 years of professional experience in the financial services, captive, and Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) sectors. Starting his career in BPM as a customer service associate, he quickly moved into management and leadership roles. He joined HSBC as assistant vice president for Operations in 2004, the first year of HSBC's shared services operations in Manila. After a year, he was promoted to vice president. In August 2007, he took an international assignment to Chesapeake, Virginia as site director for Credit Card Customer Care and Collections. A year later, he repatriated to the Philippines taking on a new role as senior vice president for Operations, and handled the Call Centre Service and Sales processes. In August 2010, he became the first Filipino Centre Manager for the Philippines and in early 2012, has taken the broader role of head of GSC Operations-Philippines with 5,700 employees across two facilities in Manila.
Danilo Reyes
Country Manager, Genpact Philippines
Danilo Reyes is the country manager of Genpact Philippines and has over 20 years of professional work experience in the services and outsourcing industry. He currently holds the position as one of the industry trustees for the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and is a member of the board of directors of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). Prior to Genpact, Reyes worked as president and board director in Sitel and was responsible for developing country growth strategies, increasing revenue and profitability, and managing expansion of service offerings from voice services to back-office processing. Reyes also served as chairman of the board and general manager of Salmat Philippines Inc. and board director and country manager of Contact World Inc. Before his stint in the outsourcing industry, Reyes held positions in sales and marketing.
Lito Tayag
Country Managing Director, Accenture
Manolito "Lito" Tayag is the country managing director of Accenture Philippines, steering more than 25,000 people who provide high-quality technology, business process management (BPM) and consultancy services to Accenture clients in Europe, North America, and Asia. In his career at Accenture, he has played a key role in building financial services client accounts and developing its industry group, and enhancing global visibility for the Global Delivery Network for technology in the Philippines. Tayag is a member of the board of trustees of the Information Technology and Business Processing Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and was elected to the board of directors of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) in 2006–2007. He is a Management Engineering graduate of Ateneo de Manila University.
Gil Genio
Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Globe Telecom Inc.
As head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development and head of International and Business Markets Group at Globe Telecom, Gil Genio is responsible for sales, relationships, marketing, products and support for the company's overseas Filipino and service provider customers and for business customers from SMEs to large enterprises. He is also the CEO of subsidiaries Innove Communications and GTI Business Holdings of Globe. Genio's previous positions include Chief Financial Officer for Globe and finance-related duties for Citibank Philippines, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. He holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of the Philippines and a master's degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, graduating from both with distinctions. He currently holds the position of Managing Director at Ayala Corporation and Vice Chairman for GSMA AP.
Juan Victor Hernandez

Juan Victor Hernandez is the vice president and head of PLDT's Corporate Business Group and the head for Enterprise Sales and Marketing of Smart. He has been in the telecommunications business for 11 years now. Prior to his stint in PLDT and Smart, Hernandez held the position of Visayas and Mindanao Corporate Relationship business head. He also had stints with the Hongkong Shanghai Bank. Hernandez graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a degree in Agricultural Economics. In 2000, he completed his master's degree in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management.

David Leechiu assumed the position of country head of Jones Lang LaSalle Leechiu in 2008 following the merger between Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. and his previous firm, Leechiu and Associates. His extensive relationships with key figures in multinational firms and local companies played a large role in expanding the JLL’s business opportunities in the Philippine market. Since then, he had effectively raised the the company’s profile into one of the leading and most trusted real estate consultancies in the country. Under his direction, the firm continues to serve big names such as JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, Citibank Savings, Convergys, IBM and HSBC. He has been appointed as one of JLL’s International Directors, making him the first Filipino to secure such position. Leechiu finished his degree in Entrepreneurial Management at the University of Asia and the Pacific in 1993.

Grace Dimaranan has 24 years' experience in animation. She is also the owner, managing, and creative director of Top Peg Animation Studio Inc., a key industry player and pioneer member of the Animation Council of the Philippines.

Juanloz Botor, president of the Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Association of the Philippines (HIMOAP), has 10 years of solid experience in the healthcare information management outsourcing industry. Botor holds a number of positions in different companies, including TranscribeMedia Philippines, Inc. (VP for Marketing), CCK City Network, Inc. (General Transcription Manager), West2East Global Solutions, Inc. (Chief Operating Officer), and CCK City Network U.S.A., Inc. (Chief Operating Officer).

Nora Terrado is the president and country manager of Headstrong Philippines as well as the president of PSIA. She is considered a pioneer in the Philippine IT-BPO industry.
