BPAP congratulates 2012 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards winners

The Business Processing Association of the Philippines congratulates member organizations Globe Telecom, Genpact and Teleperformance for their achievements in this year's Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards.  

Globe Telecom's Mr. Ernest Cu won the Best of the Best category's CEO of the Year: Service Provider. 

Genpact won the Business Process Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year award - Enterprise Vendor Categories. Genpact received the award for its continuous demonstration of unique process thought leadership and innovation. Differentiating from its competitors has enabled the company to grow the business at over 27% in 2011.  

Teleperformance won the Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year award - Enterprise Vendor Categories. Teleperformance received the award for staying ahead in the fiercely competitive market and achieved remarkable growth, both in terms of revenue and employee numbers in Asia Pacific in 2011.
